We have enjoyed a very busy, successful year and as a result we are seeking a Junior Administration Assistant to join our Wagga Wagga office!

This new position would be ideal for a school leaver and training will be provided for the successful candidate. The role will entail providing administrative support directly to the firm’s two directors and to other staff within the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of functions including, but not limited to, reception, directing phone calls and enquiries, banking and other errands, lodging applications and information at council, maintaining stock and supplies. The ability to competently use Microsoft Office is essential.

He/she will need to show initiative and be able to work diligently and independently, but also easily interact with others in a small to medium office environment. A drivers license would be ideal but not essential.
