Asphalt laid at the newest stage of Bourkelands Estate
An exciting milestone today in the construction of the newest stage at Bourkelands Estate, with the asphalt laid for Stage 20D. This stage comprises blocks along the extension of the very popular Brooklyn Drive and a new cul-de-sac Warrock Place.
The asphalting process is a very interesting one and is also one of the most expensive elements of the construction of a subdivision. This development, comprising 15 residential blocks, required around 130 tonnes of asphalt!
