MJM Consulting Engineers designed the Lloyd West Estate Masterplan comprising almost 1.200 residential allotments. This included constraints mapping, overall layout design, road design, sewer and storm water concept designs, staging plans, open space plans and cycleways/walkway plans.
MJM also submitted and obtained development consent for the first seven stages totaling 330 residential allotments. We have also completed the civil engineering design plans for these stages and obtained Construction Certificates, service provider compliance certificates, works as executed plans and Subdivision Certificates for the first 100 allotments.
MJM also undertakes the project management for this development which included obtaining quotes for services and utilities, liaising with Council officers as required, engaging and supervising contractors on-site and coordinating all the various stakeholders.
